You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

V. Payment Terms and Billing:

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific contract. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing customers. If you fail to pay any fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services.

For subscription-based services, payments will be charged on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees. You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate billing information.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
